During my recent stay at Alpenrose, I had the pleasure of exploring the hotel's culinary offerings, particularly during breakfast. It presented a delightful selection of local cheeses that genuinely pleased my palate. As a cheese enthusiast, I found it to be a commendable introduction to the region's specialties. The hotel equipped its rooms with a well-fitted kitchen, including a stovetop and dishwasher. This thoughtful addition proved invaluable when preparing a simple dinner for my family. On one occasion, we whipped up pasta with a pomodoro sauce that we sourced locally, showcasing the convenience of the kitchen and the delightful accessibility of quality ingredients. While the hotel's charm lies in its serene summer ambiance, one must bear in mind the limited grocery availability beyond 7:30 p.m; however, the staff was resourceful, stocking the fridge with quality essentials. Alpenrose provided an engaging gourmet experience, blending culinary innovation with comfort and practicality, perfect for both food lovers and families alike.
